PLDT libero Kath Arado demonstrated exceptional reception skills as she topped the category during the first week of the 2023 Premier Volleyball League Invitational Conference.
The former PVL Best Libero achieved a success rate of 53.57 percent, the highest in the league, as the High Speed Hitters fulfilled their only match in the opening week. Arado recorded 16 excellent receptions against Akari.
Gerflor outside hitter Alyssa Bertolano secured the second spot with a reception success rate of 47.22 percent, while Chery Tiggo rookie Eya Laure claimed third place with 44.83 percent.
Action will resume on Tuesday with a four-game lineup at the Philsports Arena.
In the morning games, Petro Gazz and Farm Fresh will open up the day at 9:30 a.m., followed by the Cignal-Foton clash at 12:00 p.m.
Meanwhile in the afternoon session, Akari takes on Chery Tiggo at 4:00 p.m., while F2 Logistics and Choco Mucho will fight for the number one spot in Group B at 6:30 p.m.
