Ced Domingo set to play overseas

The Creamline Cool Smashers, in an announcement on Wednesday, revealed that star middle blocker Ced Domingo will join a foreign team, following in the footsteps of teammate Jia De Guzman.

The Creamline management expressed their pride and excitement, having considered and granted Ceddie's request to play for a foreign team, emphasizing their commitment to her growth as an athlete. This decision, although impacting the team's title chances, supports her pursuit of personal goals.

Ced Domingo has played a pivotal role in the Cool Smashers' success, contributing to four PVL championships over the last five years. She has also risen as one of the top middle blockers in the Philippines, earning the Finals MVP award in the 2022 Invitational Conference and the Best Middle Blocker award in the 2023 edition.

Recognizing the rarity of such opportunities, Creamline ensures Ceddie's chance to explore and experience international volleyball fully, confident that this experience will significantly contribute to her development.

Domingo's agency, Virtual Playground, will provide more details about her upcoming overseas stint. Although they will miss her presence on the team, Creamline wholeheartedly wishes her the best of luck in this new endeavor.

Ced Domingo temporarily sat out a recent victory due to a dental procedure. Creamline hopes this opportunity brings her joy, growth, and success, and they encourage her to make her dreams come true.
