Creamline has signed American spiker Erica Staunton to be its import for the upcoming 2024 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Reinforced Conference.
The team announced on Thursday that the six-foot-one powerhouse will join the Cool Smashers.
Staunton, 24, brings a wealth of experience to the team, having spent the first four years of her collegiate career at Northeastern University before completing her master’s degree at the University of Georgia.
During her time at Northeastern, Staunton made a significant impact, becoming a member of the prestigious 1,000 Kill Club and earning All-CAA team honors twice.
Following her successful collegiate career, Staunton transitioned to professional volleyball, playing for Finnish club Oriveden Ponnistus in her first year as a pro.
Her addition is expected to bolster the team's performance as they aim to improve upon their third-place finish in the 2022 Reinforced Conference.
