De La Salle University team captain Mars Alba has decided to join her Lady Spikers seniors in F2 Logistics, as announced by the team on Sunday night.
Alba will be joining fellow La Salle alumni Abigail Maraño, Ara Galang, Dawn Macandili, Kim Fajardo, Majoy Baron, Cha Cruz, CJ Woo, and Kianna Dy.
Furthermore, the UAAP Season 85 Finals MVP will have the opportunity to continue playing under the guidance of legendary head coach Ramil De Jesus -- the active consultant of F2.
Alba made history in her final year with La Salle, leading the Lady Spikers to the UAAP Season 85 crown—the team's first title since Season 80 and their 12th overall.
The 5-foot-6 playmaker was also hailed the Best Setter after ranking second in setting with 4.48 excellent sets per period and first in service aces with 0.50 per frame.
F2 Logistics recently achieved a bronze finish in the All-Filipino Conference.
