F2 Logistics has tapped Regine Diego to be the full-time head coach of the Cargo Movers for the 2023 Premier Volleyball League season.
The team made the announcement on Thursday.
“A former DLSU Lady Spiker who has transitioned from player to coach... A champion athlete
and champion coach,” read the team’s statement.
“We welcome Coach Regine Diego to our team called family.”
Diego was a former libero for De La Salle University.
She then moved to coaching afterward, being part of the National University Women’s and Girls’ programs.
In UAAP Season 82, she steered the Lady Bullpups to a sweep en route to the championship.
Last season, Benson Bocboc had been acting as the interim head coach of the team.
