"Every hurdle, we always have to look at it as a challenge for you to improve and not for you to get down," she expressed with determination.
"It's a challenge for me to improve, and I'm grateful for the situation."
Despite a recent dip in form, Nisperos remains undeterred, drawing inspiration from her past achievements and the unwavering support of her teammates.
"Right now, I didn't start, which is our coaches' decision... But what I can control is what I can do when I step onto the court," she affirmed.
Her resilience shines through as she embraces her role, ready to contribute whenever called upon, and accepting mistakes as part of the journey.
Nisperos recognizes that her journey as an athlete will be fraught with obstacles, yet she greets each challenge with unwavering resolve.
"I'm young, there are many roadblocks ahead, many challenges," she acknowledged. "But I'm glad to see how I respond to every situation."
