PLDT tapped the services of veteran Michelle Morente and young gun Ysa Jimenez for the 2023 Premier Volleyball League season.
Morente, 22, is a versatile 167-cm tall hitter who is a product of De La Salle University.
She was with Black Mamba-Army last season after Perlas took a leave for the 2022 season.
Meanwhile, Jimenez is a product of University of Santo Tomas.
Jimenez decided to forgo her senior year with the Golden Tigresses to turn pro.
The High Speed Hitters, who also tapped a new head coach in Rald Ricafort, did not renew Eli Soyud, Chin Basas, and Heather Guino-o.
Soyud has since signed with Akari while Basas went to Cignal.
