PVL can't wait to welcome fans back on Monday

Eight-hundred and seventy days.

Come Monday, it would be that long of a time since the Premier Volleyball League has played in its home, the Filoil Flying V Centre.

During the last two years, the PVL has played in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte and in Paco, Manila -- both in bubble setups.

And the league can't wait to not just come back home but welcome the fans back.

"Of course, I'm really excited," said PVL president Ricky Palou. "It's been so long since we last played in front of fans.

"It's not just me who misses them but also the players," he continued.

Definitely the league's players are excited to play in front of jampacked crowds on a nightly basis.

"Thank you, Lord," said Aby Marano of F2 Logistics. "Nakaka-boost talaga ng morale 'pag may nakikita kang mga fans na nanonood at nagchi-cheer sa'yo."

"I'm actually very happy na magkakaroon ng fans, kasi siyempre, ang tagal din nila inantay 'to, and ang tagal din naming inantay 'to," added Choco Mucho's Des Cheng. "Kung andiyan sila, mas masaya ang volleyball.

Deanna Wong of Choco Mucho would continue, "It's great, kasi iba naman talaga 'pag may fans."

Tickets will begin selling at the Filoil Flying V Centre at 1:00 PM on Monday.

Cignal will hold a twice-to-beat advantage against BaliPure for the 3PM game. Then at 6:00 PM, Creamline faces Chery Tiggo.

Tickets are priced at P530 for ringside, P320 for lower box, and P110 for gallery.

Presentation of vaccination cards is a must while audience members must wear their facemask at all times.
