The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) has officially opened the application portal for its 2026 Rookie Draft, marking the start of the recruitment process for the next wave of collegiate and amateur standouts hoping to turn professional.
Aspiring draftees must complete an online application form through http://pvl.ph/draft. Alongside the form, applicants are required to submit additional documents and requirements via email at [email protected]. The league has set the application deadline on May 22.
Strict eligibility rules remain in place for the upcoming draft class. Applicants must be female at birth, as indicated in a PSA-issued birth certificate. Players must also be at least 21 years old on or before December 31, 2026. Those younger than the age requirement are still eligible provided they have already completed their college degree.
The PVL will hold its draft lottery on May 25, determining the order of selection for the participating teams. This will be followed by the league’s annual Draft Combine scheduled from May 28 to 29, where prospects will undergo evaluations in front of coaches and team representatives.
The final list of approved applicants will then be released on June 1, completing the lead-up to one of the league’s most anticipated offseason events.
