The Premier Volleyball League welcomed another partner on Tuesday afternoon, introducing iColor Plus and Argan Beauty as the league’s newest sponsors.
PVL President Ricky Palou and Great Lengths, the mother brand of iColor and Argan Beauty, CEO and President Genieve Yap led the ceremonial contract signing held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, just hours before the start of the PLDT-Chery Tiggo match.
Also representing the league were Commissioner Sherwin Malonzo and Marketing Director Fred Fateh, while attending on behalf of iColor and Argan Beauty were Vice President Carlson Yap, Marketing Director Karen Mercado, and Head of Sales Erwin Reodique.
Petro Gazz star Myla Pablo, who is the face of the new partnership, was also present.
Yap highlighted that their partnership with the PVL aligns with their advocacy to empower and inspire the next generation of women.
“This partnership reflects and strengthens our advocacy which is to amplify women who shine brightly and inspire the next generation to follow in their footsteps,” said Yap.
“We at Great Lengths, iColor Plus, and Argan Beauty believe that beauty is not just about how you look, it’s about how you express yourself, carry your identity, and inspire others to do the same, much like the PVL players who exemplify the total package—passionate, driven, and unafraid leave their mark,” she added.
Palou, on the other hand, said that the addition of iColor Plus and Argan Beauty to the growing PVL family is a sign of the league’s continued growth.
“We’re also very glad and very touched and honored to have iColor and Argan Beauty as one of our partners at this conference,” said Palou, also the President of Sports Vision Management Group Inc.
“We’re honored to have them as our partner for this conference and you know, these are signs that we’re doing very well and a lot of people get attracted to watch our volleyball games. We’re looking forward to a longer and stronger partnership in the future.”
Through the partnership, iColor Plus and Argan Beauty will provide exclusive deals designed for the volleyball community, while also distributing their products during games to engage fans and bring their brand closer to the audience.
Additionally, the brand teased more exciting surprises and initiatives aimed at further strengthening their connection with the PVL and its supporters.
“Volleyball has that power to bring people together. It’s a sport where women don’t just compete, but thrive, inspire, and lead with grace and purpose. That’s why Great Lengths, IColor Plus, and Argan Beauty are here today,” said Yap.
“Together, partnering with the PVL, we want to empower each individual to embrace their true colors and authentic selves. Whether on the court or in life, let’s celebrate every color of strength, every hue of individuality that we have,” she added.
