Chery Tiggo announced the addition of two more former National University stalwarts.
Moments after formalizing the entry of Jen Nierva to the team, the Crossovers also announced the signing of setter Joyme Cagande and spiker Princess Robles.
Cagande spent the past UAAP season as backup playmaker for the Lady Bulldogs while Robles was the team's captain.
Robles, who suffered a right knee injury in the middle of UAAP Season 85, had an average of 6.75 points per outing for the Lady Bulldogs.
Despite Cagande's limited playing time, she managed to barge into the league’s top ten setters, averaging 0.85 sets per frame.
Cagande’s and Robles' first stint in the PVL was back in the 2018 Reinforced Conference when she served as team captain for the BaliPure.
The Water Defenders finished 6th during that conference with a 3-4 win-loss standing.
