Tots Carlos came up big in Creamline's bounce back victory against Choco Mucho in the 2022 Premier Volleyball League Invitational Conference, Saturday.
With the Cool Smashers coming off their first loss since the Game Three of the 2021 Open Conference finals, the 24-year-old badly wanted to uplift the team's morale against the Flying Titans.
"Especially syempre galing kami from a loss, 'di ba? So we really wanna bawi this time and really win every game," said Carlos as Creamline lost to Cignal last Thursday.
"For me personally, I really want to uplift yung morale ng team and so far nagiging maganda naman yung results so I'm really happy with the results and I'm really happy din na nakikita niyo na yung good vibes," she added.
Carlos dropped 25 big points in the quick 25-22, 25-14, 25-12 win against Choco Mucho at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
The former UP standout credited the team's coaching staff for encouraging them right after the loss to the HD Spikers.
"Di rin kasi nagkulang sa paalala sila coach na we're a champion team and we know better and magaling kami so yun lagi yung paalala nila sa amin so yun lang," Carlos shared.
The win put Creamline at the second spot tied with PLDT with identical 3-1 win-loss standings.
