Player Profile

I really love playing volleyball since childhood. My family are also into sports. I am the youngest of three my eldest sister and brother were also athletes in their own field. My late father was a well known basketball player and my mother was a former gymnast and a runner. It amazes me thinking, it was in my early elementary years i started playing the game. Not to mention various coaches were eyeing already on me. My first year in highschool i was mistakenly drafted to play in college from different Universities in Cebu as well as in Manila, modesty aside sports coordinators from different Universities offered monetary and better scholarship program in order for my parents to consider. My parents ofted Southwestern University considering that my father was an alumna. Again modesty aside, i was the only player labeled by cebu sportswriters association as "prized athlete" ???? during my college years. To recall, i receive numerous special awards and citations from different leagues i joined. After i graduated the first commercial team i landed was Cignal Hd Spikers followed by Mane N'Tail and F2 Logistics, Sta. Lucia Realtors and Cocolife. The first commercial beach volleyball league i joined was Giligans and luckily my partner Jane Diaz and i became the Champion. I was also a member of the Philippine Women's National Volleyball Team indoor and International Beach Volleyball. Unfortunately i stopped playing for almost 5 years for a personal reason it was then my family and some important people in my life prodded me to play again. I am grateful that now, i am able to play again in this prestigious league under Coach Sammy Acaylar, whom i consider as my 2nd father.
